Did a light workout today:
20 min on elliptical machine
25 min walk on treadmill
Dumbell row (1 min)
Shoulder press (1 min)
Lateral raises (1 min)
Tricep kickback (1 min)
Bicep curl (1 min)
Upright row (1 min)
Push ups (narrow and wide) - 8 and 6 reps respectively
Crunches
Reverse crunches
1 min bridge
