Need to get serious about training again. Not been watching my diet and eating like crazy. Ellen's booked our trip to Kota Kinabalu in end March. I was already tired after climbing Cameron Valley (which is a slight incline) ..how am I going to survive KK? Maybe I'll start by climbing the 19 floors in my condo....
Today's exercise diary:
4 km run on treadmill(only 300 calories)
Push up on fitball
Bench press
Dumbell row
Shoulder press
Abs crunch
Today's food diary:
Breakfast: Toast and coffee (Evonne treated me to free coffee! How nice!)
