Legs all sore today. My exercise today:

Cycle - 25 mins
Elliptical machine - 15 mins
Bench press (15 reps x 2)
Cross cable pulley (15 reps x 2)
Lat pulldown (15 reps x 2)
Cable pullover (12 reps x 2)
Crunch on fitball (20 reps x 2)
