I am not an arty person but I discovered some of Guillemard's works. A lot of his art revolves around musicians and orchestras. I was told that what he specialises in is movement in the art, which is why you see dark heads without features(which denote head movement while playing the instrument) and a lot of loose strokes here and there. I haven't been able to find much about the artist's biography, the ones available are all in French. Guess I'll continue my search.
